There are two air-conditioned, well-equipped conference halls for various business meetings or seminars.
The oval conference hall seats 50. At the table there are 30 places, where one can work. The price of the conference hall rent includes mineral water in proportion to the number of participants, a flip-chart, and a projection screen. This is an ideal place to hold business meetings, presentations, consultations, and press conferences. Coffee breaks can be organized. The conference hall rent is $50 (U.S.) per hour.
The second conference hall is a meeting hall with 100 seats. There is a tribune for presenting speeches, as well as tables for a presidium in this conference hall. This is an ideal place for holding extended consultations, seminars, and meetings for presenting reports. Once again, rent for this conference hall rent is $50 (U.S.) per hour. We apply a flexible discount system when standard business meals are ordered: If from 10 to 20 customers are accommodated + restaurant services (coffee break), there is a 20% discount on hall rent. If more than 20 customers are accommodated + restaurant services (coffee break, a lunch or a snack), there is a 50% discount on hall rent. |
